These terms govern your use of the Eduskyline website at eduskyline.com.
They do not govern use of the Eduskyline platform. Schools using the platform do so under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

You may browse this website, read its contents, and contact us through it.
Please do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it
- Interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to disrupt it

- Submit false information through our forms, or submit on someone else's behalf without their knowledge

Enquiries and demonstrations
Submitting the demo request form is an enquiry, not a purchase or a contract. It places no obligation on you, and none on us.
We will use reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries, but we do not commit to a response time and we may decline to respond to enquiries that appear to be automated, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.
Any demonstration we provide is for evaluation purposes.
Nothing here is an offer
Descriptions of our platform and services on this website are for information. They are not an offer to contract, and they do not form part of any agreement between us.
Pricing is not published on this website. Any quotation we provide is given separately, in writing, and is valid only on the terms stated in it.
Features described may change as the platform develops. Where something is marked as forthcoming or in development, it is not yet available.

The content of this website — text, design, graphics, layout, our name and our logo — belongs to Eduskyline or is used with permission.
You may read it, share links to it, and quote reasonably from it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.

We link to other websites where useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
