It covers this website only. Schools using the Eduskyline platform are governed by a separate agreement, which sets out how student and staff data is handled within the platform itself.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, within the meaning of Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the demo request form on this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your school or organisation name
- Your role
- Your email address
- Your school's location and approximate size
- Anything else you choose to write in the message field
You provide this voluntarily. The form is the only place on this website where we ask for personal data.
If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or telephone, we hold whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and which browsers and devices are used.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not track people across other websites. It does not build a profile of you.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes technical information such as IP addresses in the course of delivering the site and protecting it from attack.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit through the form to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a demonstration if you ask for one, and to answer questions about our platform and services.
We use analytics information to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve it.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for advertising.
Our lawful basis
We process the information you submit through the form on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to send it, and because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a possible commercial relationship.
We process analytics information on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website, balanced against the limited and non-identifying nature of the data collected.

We use a small number of service providers. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Because these providers operate outside Egypt, information you send us through the form or by email may be transferred and stored outside Egypt. We use established providers who apply their own contractual and technical safeguards to data in transit and at rest.

Student data
No student data is collected through this website. The forms and pages here are for schools and staff enquiring about our services.
Student data is handled exclusively within the Eduskyline platform, under a separate agreement with each school, and is subject to the requirements of Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 — including its provisions on the personal data of minors.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again.
If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we have no legal reason to retain it, we will do so.
Analytics data is retained by Cloudflare according to their own retention period and is not linked to you as an individual.
Your rights
Under Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Access that data
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased, where we have no legal reason to keep it
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Object to processing in certain circumstances
To exercise any of these, write to hello@eduskyline.com. We will respond within the period required by law.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Centre.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. We apply security headers including a Content Security Policy, and email addresses shown on the site are obfuscated to reduce automated harvesting.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet. We do take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we hold.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes, such as distinguishing genuine visitors from automated traffic. These are required for the site to function safely and do not track you across other websites.
Children
This website is intended for school leaders, staff and other adults enquiring about our services. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.
